PARKING ENFORCEMENT
We understand that providing adequate parking to residents, visitors, patrons, and homeowners can alone be a challenging task. Vehicle owners who disregard parking regulations can only add to the parking problems that already exist on your property. Illegally parked and/or abandoned vehicles can cause an unsafe, cluttered parking area, creating an inconvenience to you and your resident or homeowners.
We also offer a permit parking system which ensures that only residents or authorized vehicles will be able to park within the facilities. Working with your Resident Manager, Management Company, and Security Company (if applicable); we will effectively manage your permit system. Parking permits will be supplied by us to you or your residents at NO CHARGE.
PROTECTING PROPERTY OWNERS
There is no charge to the property owner to remove vehicles; it is the vehicle owner's responsibility. Once we have received the complete paperwork and proper approval a representative will deliver your parking restriction signs at your property. Basic signs will be provided. Custom signs, parking permits, and parking violation/warning stickers can also be provided for a nominal fee. All entrances and secondary locations by law must display the required signs, which must be clearly visible to the public. Towing vehicles is strictly prohibited until your application has been approved by Luther Towing and parking signs have been installed and clearly visible by the public for at least 24 hours.
PATROL
Patrol Parking enforcement accounts allow us to patrol through your complex at various times, day or night, and tow illegally parked vehicles. Any vehicle which is parking in a No Parking Zone, Fire Lane, or does not have a proper/valid parking permit or valid vehicle registration will be towed (unless authorized by the property owner or their designee).
REQUEST ONLY
Request only parking enforcement accounts allow for only an individual or select few authorized person(s) (on the account) to request for a vehicle to be towed from the property. That person(s) may be required to provide us with a simple password or fax for authorization. Luther Towing was dispatched to my disabled car via Progressive Insurance roadside assistance. The driver contacted me en route to my location and he arrived almost immediately. My car was inoperable and was inside of a parking garage, but the driver was able to figure out how to extract it safely. The equipment used (flatbed) was new, clean and in perfect working order. It sucked that my car broke down, but the professional manner in which the tow was handled by Luther made me feel a little better. Highly recommended.
